EMDR Intensives
Complex trauma can shape how you see yourself, your relationships, and the world. EMDR intensives create the opportunity to move beyond survival and toward healing in a time-limited, intentional way.
Intensives can be especially helpful when traditional weekly therapy feels too slow, time consuming or difficult to access.
Treatment can be completed within 1 to 4 sessions.
