Do you accept insurance?
We are an in-network provider with some major insurance companies including Horizon BCBS, United Healthcare & Aetna. We do not accept Medicaid at this time. Your insurance benefits will be verified prior to scheduling a psychotherapy session.
What if I am uninsured?
If you are uninsured please reach out so we may discuss affordable self-pay options.
Do you accept insurance for EMDR intensives?
No — EMDR intensives are not billable to insurance. Intensives are self-pay, but we offer payment plans.
What is your cancellation policy for individual therapy sessions?
Please remember to cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations under 24 hours are charged in full, as your appointment time is reserved for you. Exceptions may be made for emergencies.
What is your cancellation policy for EMDR Intensives?
Cancellations made 14 or more days before a scheduled EMDR session will be refunded, minus the deposit. Cancellations for intensives with less than 14 days’ notice are charged in full.
