Most intensives are designed as 1 to 4 day custom experiences, based on your needs and goals. Each day typically includes a mix of EMDR therapy and restorative practices.

EMDR sessions are longer, condensed sessions that are not covered by insurance.
Payment plans are available for your convenience.

Full Day
Single day EMDR intensive sessions are $1500 for 5 hours total.
Multi-Day
Two days of EMDR intensive sessions are $2800 for 10 hours total.
Mini Intensive Sessions
Mini EMDR intensives are an investment of $2250 for 3 days of therapy (9 hours total).
*In certain cases with complex trauma an additional day may be necessary and will incur a fee of $500.
