An EMDR Intensive Session is a longer therapy session that helps process trauma or distress more quickly than regular weekly sessions. By working for several hours at a time, clients can make deeper progress in a shorter period.

EMDR Intensives may be a good fit if you want to make progress more quickly, have a specific issue or trauma to work on, or find weekly sessions feel too slow or disruptive. They’re also helpful if your schedule makes regular therapy difficult. If you’re feeling stuck an EMDR intensive can help.

Most intensives are designed as 1 to 4 day custom experiences, based on your needs and goals. Each day typically includes a mix of EMDR therapy and restorative practices.

EMDR sessions are longer, condensed sessions that are not covered by insurance.

Full Day

Single day EMDR intensive sessions are $1500 for 5 hours total.

Multi-Day

Two days of EMDR intensive sessions are $2800 for 10 hours total.

Mini Intensive Sessions

Mini EMDR intensives are an investment of $2250 for 3 days of therapy (9 hours total).

*In certain cases with complex trauma an additional day may be necessary and will incur a fee of $500.
