Most intensives are designed as 1 to 4 day custom experiences, based on your needs and goals. Each day typically includes a mix of EMDR therapy and restorative practices.

EMDR sessions are longer, condensed sessions that are not covered by insurance.
Payment plans are available for your convenience.

Option # 1
Full day EMDR sessions are $2800, as therapy sessions will run between 5-6 hours per day for two days.
Option # 2
Mini EMDR intensives are $1800 with therapy offered in 3 hour blocks per day offered over 3-4 days.
*In certain cases with complex trauma a fourth day may be necessary and will incur a fee of $600.
